Sessions will be held in the side room. Non-Members are welcome to play for just £5 per pers after the class has finished.

Teaching children how to use their internal Super Powers each week to help build in confidence, recognise emotions, reduce anxiety, understand feelings & increase inner calm & happiness. Through fun meditations, stories, props, communication, team work, games & home practise!
